When can you request an exchange or return?

The product arrives damaged or not matching its specifications.

You receive a product different from the one you ordered.

There are missing items in your order.

Please contact us within 24 – 48 hours of receiving your order, including clear photos of the product and its packaging.

Non-returnable products

Due to the nature of food products, items cannot be returned once opened or used, unless there is a clear defect.

Refunds

Once a request is accepted, the refund is issued to the same payment method within 5–14 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
